Just For Your Smile Dental Clinic in Vienna, VA is looking for a Dentist to perform the
following job duties:
Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health and give patients
different treatment options; Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ oral health,
including the condition of teeth, gums, and jaw structures; Develop detailed treatment plans for
restoring oral function and aesthetics, considering the patient's specific needs and preferences;
Design and Fabrication of Prosthetic Appliances; Create custom prosthetic appliances such as
crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and splints; Design and fabricate these devices to ensure
they fit comfortably and function effectively, often using advanced technology like CAD/CAM
systems; Esthetic Dentistry; Manage esthetic cases with dental crowns, veneers, or implants to
meet the highest patient expectations; Implant Placement and Restoration; Oversee the surgical
placement of dental implants and manage the restoration process, including attaching crowns or
bridges to the implants; Ensure proper integration of implants with the surrounding bone and soft
tissues; Teeth Extraction and Bone Grafting; Perform extractions and bone grafting as part of
implant preparation or other restorative needs; Managing Complex Cases; Handle complex cases
involving multiple missing teeth, severe tooth wear, or significant oral injuries; Develop and
implement advanced treatment strategies to effectively address these challenging situations; Full
Mouth Rehabilitation; Restore one or both arches with fixed, removable, or combination
prostheses; Rehabilitate patients with lost dentition using full arch implant-supported prostheses
(all-on-X); Restore vertical dimension of occlusion using a comprehensive approach;
Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) Management; Diagnose and manage cases involving
temporomandibular disorders; Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues;
Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health;
Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care; Measuring and fitting dental
appliances; and Referring patients to a specialist if needed; Perform all duties that are expected
from general dentist in addition to his specialty training in Prosthodontics; Fixing or removing
damaged teeth; filling cavities, Placing and restoring Implants; Performing exams and evaluating
x-rays to determine a patient’s health and give patients different treatment options; Developing
treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues; Administering or prescribing medications
to decrease pain and improve patient health; Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper
oral care; Measuring and fitting dental appliances; and Referring patients to a specialist if
needed. Minimum Requirements for the position: Must have DDS, Doctorate in Dental Surgery,
Dentistry, Dental Medicine, Prosthodontics or Prosthodontology or U.S. Equivalent as
determined by a professional credentials evaluation.
Candidate must also have a completed
Postgraduate training in Prosthodontics and be licensed to practice dentistry in Virginia. 40 hour
